Welcome to my premium library. These are in-depth guides and tools, carefully designed and illustrated by me. I use them in my own clinical practice, so they're materials I genuinely love using. Your purchase includes any future updates or iterations as I continue developing my practice.
My hope is that they save you time, spark ideas, support your own learning and reflection, and help foster meaningful growth, both in yourself and in the people you work with.

Productivity Toolkit
A little productivity toolkit (or, as I sometimes call it, a ‘menu’) for those moments when knowing what needs to be done doesn’t quite translate into getting started. The strategies draw on CBT, CFT and ACT, with a particular focus on procrastination, perfectionism, self-criticism and task initiation. Inside (4-page toolkit): • Illustrated strategies for procrastination, task initiation and deep work • Practical ideas, key principles and a memorable ‘slogan’ for each strategy • Textured + print-friendly versions = 8 pages total For teenagers (13+), students and adults, or clinicians looking for a menu of options to explore collaboratively with clients struggling with procrastination. These are approaches I use regularly in my own clinical work, so this is very much a resource I've made because I’ve found them useful in practice. hope it helps :) - aika (@theoxfordpsych)

4 Myths of Happiness: Introduction to ACT
People often come into therapy (or start inner work) with unhelpful assumptions about what happiness is supposed to look like, and expectations about what therapy should help them achieve. These myths can shape the work before it has even begun. Based on the ideas in Russ Harris’ The Happiness Trap, I made this illustration to gently challenge some of these assumptions, providing a useful starting point for ACT and ACT-informed therapy. Inside (5 pages total): • One illustrated “4 Myths of Happiness” poster for general display • Four illustrated psychoeducational pieces, each exploring one common myth about happiness and offering an alternative perspectives (based on ACT) • Textured + print-friendly versions included (10 pages total) For psychoeducation, therapy discussions, or introducing ACT-informed ideas around happiness and psychological flexibility. hope it helps! :) – aika (@theoxfordpsych)
